By accessing and using qqq3's website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between qqq3 ("Company") and the player.

qqq3 is an online casino platform for players in Myanmar, offering football betting, live casino, slots, Shan Koe Mee, and cockfighting games.

The Company may update these terms and conditions with or without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any such update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with qqq3, the following conditions must be met—

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• Personal information must be filled in accurately and correctly.
• Each player may only have one account on this platform. Duplicate accounts or additional accounts opened from the same IP address may be closed.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept secure, and the player is responsible for all activity on their account.
• Allowing a third party to play using your account is a violation of these terms.

The Company may refuse to open an account for any reason. If a player opens a new account after a previous one has been closed, that account may also be closed without prior approval from the Company.

3.1 Deposits

qqq3 accepts the following deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.

Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed. If this is found, the company may hold those funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

To request a withdrawal, players must submit their KYC (Know Your Customer) information. Withdrawals will not be processed without passing the verification check.

• If a withdrawal is delayed due to the company's verification process, the company will notify the player.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if there is an unplayed bonus or an unmet wagering requirement.
• The company reserves the right to restrict or cancel a withdrawal if fraud or a legal violation is detected.

All bonuses and promotions offered by qqq3 are subject to their own specific terms, not the general terms below.

Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at qqq3 can receive a bonus of 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a 20,000 Ks bonus, making the balance 40,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.

The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before that date, the bonus will be removed.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine gameplay only. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds without playing will be cancelled.
• Each bonus is granted to one account only. Players colluding to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• The company may change or discontinue any bonus with prior notice.

When playing games on qqq3, players must follow the rules below—

• Game outcomes are determined by the game engine, and the company's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the company will resolve any ongoing rounds according to the recorded data.
• The company reserves the right to restrict or suspend any game with prior notice.
• Void bet situations in football betting and sports betting will be handled in accordance with the company's procedures.

Football betting will be settled based on the official result of the match. Only regular time and added time are considered; penalty shootouts are not included in the calculation unless separately announced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqq3 platform—

• Fraud: Players colluding to claim bonuses unfairly, bonus abuse, and attempting to meet wagering requirements by coordinating bets across accounts.
• Account misrepresentation: Unlawfully disclosing or misrepresenting personal information, or creating multiple accounts while posing as different players.
• Software exploitation: Using exploits, bots, or automation tools to obtain bonuses or gain advance knowledge of game outcomes for personal gain.
• Money laundering: Using qqq3 for money laundering is prohibited and may result in serious legal consequences.
• Players under 21: Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from playing. If discovered, the account will be closed without any refund.

If any of the above violations are found, the company reserves the right to close the player's account, retain deposited funds, and take legal action.

VIP tier upgrades are determined by the company based on playing activity and account balance. Cashback is paid only to players with genuine play who meet the wagering requirements.

When cashback is received, it cannot be withdrawn immediately as cash — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.

qqq3 cannot be held financially responsible for players' gaming losses. The platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis—

• The company does not guarantee that the website and games will be free from temporary downtime caused by software updates or network issues.
• The company is not responsible for losses caused by communication disruptions, virus infections, or issues with the player's own computer or mobile device.
• The company is not liable for issues caused by third-party software providers (game developers) — however, in such cases, the company will make every effort to resolve the matter.

The company reserves the right to close an account without prior notice due to a breach of these terms and conditions or suspicious activity. In such cases—

• Only original deposits (excluding bonuses) will be refunded in accordance with the applicable policy.
